My wife went to the Seville Dairy Queen to purchase our lunch, knowing that we will pay more for their speciality sandwiches. The service was slow, but that happens. Her chicken sandwich wasn't correct, once again mistakes happen. The fries were cold and soggy, matched the old chicken sandwich
This DQ is such a disappointment!
We come here once a week. We like ice cream. :) One day we actually got food too and they messed up our order. They gave us a coupon for a free meal but the expiration date was for 2016. I brought it to their attention. The girl wrote over the date and fixed it. I asked are you sure that's ok? She said oh yeah it's fine. Well I just went to use the coupon and the manager Becca got really really nasty and accused me of changing the date. It's $5....really??? She was so rude!! I won't be back.
The service was awful! The food was too! I ordered my usual hamburger only ketchup and mayo. I really don't know how you can ruin that, but they did. I guess they didn't like my special order, so they drenched my sandwich in ketchup so much so that my bun was soggy. The sandwich wasn't even edible. The grill needs to be scraped or cleaned off maybe? Because my burger had tons of black crusty, crunchy stuff all over it that could have been avoided if they just cleaned their Grill. I order at DQ all the time I love my DQ hamburgers❤ I know that this is a problem only at this particular DQ I honestly think it may be a problem with the management not knowing how to run their store properly.

DQ definitely isn't famous for their food. We stopped in for burgers on our way down the highway and I was far from impressed. I had a mushroom Swiss burger, had to go ask for more mushrooms because there was only 3 tiny scraps of shrooms on my burger. The shrooms are loaded so packed with garlic that it takes your breath away. My burger was totally dry and bland, any flavor it might have had was overpowered by the garlic and spices in the mushrooms. I would have enjoyed eating cardboard more than this. The cheese wasn't melted and was My fiancee got a Bacon cheeseburger and took two bites and said it was horrible.
