My family recently started going to Dr. Landry' office and I have to say that he is the most professional and kind dentist I have ever been to.
When my dentist retired, I was worried about finding a new dentist. Dr. Landry and his staff have exceeded my expectations. All of the staff are kind and welcoming. I am usually nervous and anxious in the dental chair and I felt at ease with no discomfort. Even with three shots! Thank you Dr. Landry and staff for your professionalism and compassion.
Upon entering Landry Family Dendistry, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly, courteous front desk staff. There is a true sense of family and relaxed atmosphere. My hygienist, Christine, was super friendly while at the same time thorough with cleaning my teeth. Already looking forward to my next visit.
If you are looking for a family dentist in the Medina County area, you need to make an appointment with Dr. Landry and his team. After several bad experiences with other dentists, I was scared to go back. I met Dr. Landry at an event and he was very kind; assuring me that if I came to see him, it wouldn't be like my experiences elsewhere. I did make an appointment, and while I was there, was shocked at the difference! His support staff is so helpful and friendly; from explaining my insurance coverage to the chair-side care...it's very impressive! Dr. Landry also spends time with you talking things over to be sure everything is explained thoroughly. I can't say enough good things about Landry Family Dentistry. Thank you Dr. Landry and team, for catering to this coward. You've completely changed my mindset about going to the dentist.
As a retired technologist, I was immediately struck by the green design and modern technology of the space. The front desk staff, Joy and Marquee, were pleasant with easy smiles. My hygienist, Christine, was very friendly and made me comfortable. Dr. Joe was thorough and upbeat as usual.
His office is state of the art. I especially appreciate his x-ray machine which simply swings around your head painlessly rather than biting on sharp and painful square things.
I highly recommend a visit. Well worth the drive from wherever you are!
